General Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions described herein govern the relationship between customers ("You", "Your") and SkincareBalms store, managed by Storeshop OÜ ("we", "us", "our" or "SkincareBalms")

By using our our online store on any of Allegro platforms, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Skincarebalms may make changes to the store at any time and without notice. Changes take effect when they are saved online and anyone who continues to use the store accepts those changes. If you do not agree, please do not continue browsing Skincarebalms on Allegro platform.
Delivery
We deliver orders to all countries of the European Union. The products are delivered within 3–6 days.
Delivery is free on all orders.
After shipment, you will receive the FedEx tracking nunber, which will allow you to monitor the progress of the shipment until delivery.
Returns
You have the right to return orders within 14 days, including weekends and holidays, for any reason.
For a return, all items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging with the seals intact, otherwise we can refuse the return or make a partial refund at our discretion.
To initiate a return, the customer must follow Allegro rules. You do not have to send the return before receiving a response from the SkincareBalms team.
We will only cover shipping costs for a return of goods that were damaged during delivery or are defective.
Returns of goods that were damaged during transport or are defective.
In the event that you receive damaged or defective goods, we will provide a full refund after receiving the returned goods.
To return damaged or defective goods, you must follow Allegro rules, snd send clear photos of the damaged goods in their packaging and outer packaging.
The damage must be clearly visible in the images.
When defective items are received, customers must send photos of the defective goods and the outer package.
The return of incorrect items sent to the customer by mistake instead of his order (rarely happens) will be handled as a return of defective goods.
Once the return has been processed, we will cover the shipping costs.
The refund will be issued within two business days of receipt of the returned items.
Prices and VAT
All prices include 24% Estonian VAT (SkincareBalms is managed by the Estonian company Storeshop OÜ). According to EU legislation (OSS - One Stop Shop), this rate is applied until the threshold for distance sales in Estonia is reached.
After reaching this threshold, prices will include the VAT of the customers country.
The total cost displayed to customers is the one actually to be paid, with no hidden or additional costs.
Payments
All payments have to be done on Allegro platforms.
Controversie
Any disputes that may arise between the customer and SkincareBalms.com must be resolved amicably via email shop@skincarebalms.com. If this fails, the customer has the right to go to the local court.

Distribution
We are a reseller, not an authorized distributor of the brands we sell. All the products we sell are original and come from reputable European wholesalers.
