TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Terms and conditions are between Scincarebalms.com, the Website, owned by Storeshop Ltd., and anybody using the Website, the Customer, and doing orders on it.
General Terms and conditions
The Customer can purchase products on the Website for personal use and for a gift. It is prohibited to resell the goods, purchased on the Website, through any channel, or use them for a business.
Terms and conditions are available on Website, and can be saved or printed by the Customer. The Website can change Terms and conditions without notice. The Terms and conditions are legal from the moment they have been published on the Website.
Customer must agree to the Terms and conditions and Privacy policy ar Checkout before ordering.
Delivery
The orders can be delivered to all the EU countries. The delivery times differ by country from 2 to 13 business days. Estimated delivery times are
Spain 2 to 6 business days.
Rest Europe 3 to 8 business days.
The delivery is free of charge for the Customer.
The Customer will get the email with tracking number when the order will be dispatched.
Returns.
Customer can return the order during 14 days, including weekends and holidays, for any reason. All returned goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including sealing. When the Customer returns the goods, that do not follow previously written conditions, the Website has the right not to do a return or to do a partly return, by their own decision. To do a return, Customer should write to the Website by email, describing the return. The Customer can dispatch the return after getting the answer by the Website.
The return costs pays the Customer, excluding returns of damaged in transit or faulty goods.
Returns on damaged in transit or faulty goods.
When the Customer get damaged or faulty goods, the Website has to do full refund after receiving the goods back in the conditions described paragraph 2. The Website pays for the return.
To return damaged in transit, faulty or not as described goods, the Customer have to write an email to the Website and to include photos of the damaged package from outside of the parcel, from the damaged side of the parcel, the photo of damaged goods, or of damaged original packages of the goods, when the goods were damaged. All the damages have to be clearly visible on the photo. Or the photos of the faulty or not as descibed goods in their original packages.
The refund will be done during 3 business days after receiving returned goods by the Website. The Website does not have responsibility of the time the tranfer providers need to get the money to the Customers bank account or Credit or Debit card.
The refund will be done to the Payment account or Credit or Debit card, that the Customer have been used for the the particular Payment.
Currency and prices.
The currency on the Website is EURO. The prices include the VAT 0%.
Invoices
The invoice will be sent to the Customer by email after the purchase.
